Attuning to Reiki Level I
Reiki Level I Attunement is a transformative course that introduces students to the ancient healing practice of Reiki. In this course, students will learn the fundamental principles and techniques of Reiki, enabling them to harness and channel universal life energy for healing purposes. Throughout the course, students will not only develop their understanding of Reiki but also cultivate their own self-healing abilities.

Anna Fable is a Level IV Usui Reiki master teacher, meditation coach, and writer. She’s helped hundreds of thousands of people heal themselves and learn present-moment living. In my Reiki Level I course, you'll embark on a transformative journey into the art of energy healing. I'll guide you through the rich history of Reiki, exploring the wisdom of its founder Mikao Usui and the core principles that underpin this ancient practice. Together, we'll delve into the fundamentals of channeling healing energy, and through an attunement ceremony, I'll help you open yourself to the flow of Reiki energy. You'll gain hands-on experience with self-healing techniques, learning essential hand positions and methods to clear energy blockages. Our course is designed to empower you with the ability to not only heal yourself but also extend these healing energies to others. Through a combination of practical exercises, meditation, and insightful discussions, you'll leave Reiki Level I with a solid foundation and newfound skills to embark on your personal journey of healing and growth.
Certification
A Reiki Level I certification equips individuals with foundational knowledge of Reiki principles, an attunement process to connect with healing energy, and practical skills for self-healing and treating others. Participants learn basic hand positions, energy clearing techniques, and engage in practical exercises and meditations. Upon completion, they receive certification, validating their ability to practice Reiki on themselves, their friends, and family. (You will NOT be learning any Sacred Symbols in this course, NOR will you be able to charge for your services with this certification. That will all be covered in Reiki Level II)
